Standard warranty

All our products come with a full manufacturer’s warranty. Note that you’ll need the tax invoice from your purchase to make a claim. If you lose your original tax invoice please let us know and we’ll re-issue it. Note that all equipment have a no “in-house service”. If your equipment requires servicing you will be required to take it to your nearest approved service agent. These agents can be located by contacting your manufacturer or Mr Pool Man directly.

1 and 2 Year Extended Care Warranty

Mr Pool Man offers Extended Care Warranty that covers parts required for repair of goods that suffer mechanical or electrical failure or faults within Australia, for a period of up to 2 years outside the term of the standard manufacturer’s warranty. (Subject to some brief terms and conditions).

How long does the Extended Care Warranty plan last?

When you purchase your product and add the Extended Care Warranty plan, you can choose the period of cover which is available for your Product, i.e. 1 or 2 years. Please note: The Extended Care Warranty plan commences upon expiry of your manufacturer warranty and is only applicable to the specific product that it was purchased with i.e. Each product must be purchased with its own Extended Care Warranty. Extended Care Warranty is only available on selected products.
